Tradestaff is a well established and well respected temporary recruitment agency which services the Dunedin/Otago area. As the name suggests we specialise in the trades and hence supply all the major players in the Dunedin and Central Otago construction markets. We frequently supply Carpenters, Hammer-hands, Electricians, Painters, Engineers, Scaffolders, Drivers, Machine operators etc. We also have a very good pool of labourers who we can supply for any manual labour or driving roles at short notice. Advantages of using Tradestaff: • Flexibility: Using Tradestaff allows you the flexibility to utilise our workforce when you need them on a short or long-term casual basis. Our only condition is a 4 hour minimum per assignment. • Short Notice: We can supply labour at short notice. We have a pool of available workers who can be called upon at short notice and can be on site and ready to go (often within the hour). • Candidate Screening: We do a thorough candidate screening process with all our employees including H&S screening, driver checks, reference checking and drug and alcohol testing. We ensure that all our workers meet our expected standards of work ethic and reliability. • One Weekly invoice: We take care of all the admin relating to our workers’ weekly pay. If we have multiple people working for you will receive one easy weekly invoice. If you want invoices split by department we can separate by adding PO numbers (or department names) and you will receive separate invoices for each department. • Online time sheeting: We have recently implemented an online time-sheeting system. This means that our workers enter their hours into the online system each week and then you receive an email each week with the hours listed. You then simply click “approve” to approve the timesheet or “reject” if there is a discrepancy and add a note. The worker will then edit and re-submit. • Health and Safety: We have a thorough H&S induction process for all our candidates and maintain Tertiary level status in the ACC partnership Programme.
