The Clutha River is known for its gold-rush history and swift waters. It flows from Lake Wanaka in the Southern Alps to the Pacific Ocean south-west of Dunedin. This pictured section is located close to the Central Otago town of Alexandra.
My favorite parts about “The Battle of Five Armies” were the moments where you could clearly see that we were looking at New Zealand.
