Scott Kennedy

I’m a Queenstown-based creative communicator with a multifaceted resume spanning multiple areas of the film and creative industries. I originally trained as a photographer and have worked as an on-set stills photographer. I have been a freelance writer for the last twenty years, having written multiple short films, hundreds of magazine articles and ten books. As a Director, I have directed short films, documentaries, music videos and promotional / corporate videos for various clients both here in New Zealand and internationally. In recent times, I have leveraged my decade of experience as an Event Manager and Sustainability Professional in roles within the Production Office, working as a Production Coordinator and Sustainability Coordinator. I have a range of skills, abundant cross-pollination of experience, an enthusiasm for collaborative creativity, and a desire to continue making cool projects with cooler people.
